OPIS PROJEKTU:
Profil kandydata:
- kandydat a) między 25-30 lat, b) silnie zmotywowany i zdolny do aktywnego działania podczas trwania projektu, c) trudności finansowe (bezrobotny przez ostatnie 12 miesięcy i / lub pochodzących z rodziny, której wysokość pensji wynosi mniej niż 50% minimalnego wynagrodzenia w kraju d) pochodzący z obszarów ekonomicznie defaworyzowanych (tj.:. stopa bezrobocia jest dwukrotnie wyższa niż średnia w UE). Mamy zamiar wybrać wolontariuszkę i wolontariusza.
Czas trwania: 01 listopada 2012 - 30 października 2013
Miejsce: Timis County ( Sânnicolau Mare City)
Opis działania:
- Aktywizowanie obywateli i podnoczenie odpowiedzialności poprzez gołębie kampanie w społeczności lokalnej (z materiałów drukowanych i elektronicznych, które zachęcają mieszkańców do karmienia gołębi w okresie zimowym)
- Identyfikowanie drzew w Sannicolau Mare, które mają gniazda ptaków, po to by drzewa te zostały wyłączone z lokalnego programu wycinki drzew;
- Koordynowanie "Fun Club" w Cojbalite ze studentami / młodzieżą z Sannicolau Mare, którego celem jest zbudowanie i zamontowanie gniazd ptaków na drzewach w Sannicolau;
- Inne działania lokalne

Potencjalne kraje partnerskie: kraje UE oraz Norwegia, Liechtenstein i Szwajcaria i Turcja
Warunki: Ten projekt ma na dofinansowanie z Programu Młodzież w Działaniu, Zakwaterowanie, jedzenie oraz kieszonkowe zostaną zapewnione przez organizatorów. Koszty podróży na miejsce i z powrotem będą pokryte w 90%

The role and the tasks of the volunteer

Because of the hosting of european volunteers it is possible to give the children at the kindergarden a further understanding of the european idea. The children are able to collect further experiences and improove their knowledge through the contact to a volunteer from a foreign country, in terms of intercultural learning.
The volunteer get the chance to integrate herself with her most different abilities and interest into the community with the children. Also she is able to gain diverse experiences and to use them. On the one side the volunteer should take part and create the daily routine; on the other side she should integrate herself with all her abilities and talents. During the freeplay time she is able to get in contact with the individual child or small groups of children and so she can pay attention to the children in an intense way. During the morning play she sample acitivities together with the focus on cooperation. Here will be space for the volunteer to bring in songs, games, dances, fairytales, customs etc. from her home country.
Because of the orientation on the circle of the year with all the celebrations and religous fiests like thanks giving, St. Martin, St. Nikolaus, Advent..., they get to know a lot about Germany, german culture, values, norms and german pedagogic; and also german customs and traditions.
In the afternoon age specific groups with different projects take place.
The kindergarden has also weekly projects like gymnastic, trips, children conferrence, or forrest days or the visits at the library.
The pedagogic concept of the kindergarden includes also the individual integration of handicapped children, which means a further field of experiences for the volunteers.
The volunteer is part of the team, and takes part in all team-sessions, arrangements, analyses and advanced education for the team. Initiative of the volunteer like suggestions for activities, interior decoration, own projects are desired and are supported by the staff.

Activities in which the volunteer is involved:

- talking to the children; playing with the children in different rooms (rule-plays, table-plays, gymnastics-room..); playing in the garden (games with the ball, ground-games, .); domestic work: tidying the room of the group; taking part in arrangements-talks, team-sessions; taking part in specific offers with the children (handicraft, singing, gymnastics, listening and playing of fary tales); independent transaction of offers with the children but under guidance of an educator; supporting the forrest days and observe the children there.A lot of space for the own initiative of the volunteers for the children (depending on abilities e.g. singing songs, domestic work, language offers, painting, sports, making pottery, rhythmic, dancing...)
The kindergarden is a full-time institution and it is open daily from 7:15 am to 4:30 pm. Because the children spend a lot of time at the institution, the pedagogic concept focuses on the idea of care close to the family.
The volunteer will work each day 6,5 hours. Wednesday morning is language course.The daily routine is the following:
- free play (in different rooms, open offers like kneating, handicrafting, painting with fingers, flowing
breakfast...)- morning play (see above); playing outside; lunch together; age specific groups (for special needs)

Project name: Two worlds together: the child and volunteer working together wit non-formal education methods
Deadline: 31. 10. 2012

End: 5 June 2013
Duration: 7 mounths

Volunteer will go to Montenegro to work in local kindergarten in Bar. He/she will be work with teachers and children from Montenegro, so he/she have to share with them his/her own cultural habits and personal opinions. In natural way volunteer will be exchange their knowledge about the style of life in Poland and in Montenegro. The volunteer will be too work with children with their own methods and habits.
Instead of Polish volunteer on this project there will be other volunteers from different European countries with who Polish volunteer will work. The common work and environment will deeply influence on his/her staying in Montenegro. It will show her/him other cultures and habits.
This kind of activities are dedicated to be the support of engaging Youth in social activities, in education process in growing up the children and local society. Based on this assumption NGO Svietionik set up project connected with education and volunteers from different country. Small children can trough that knowing other languages and cultures during their stay in kindergarten. This is also support for local government in educational process and engagement of youth in this process.

The profile of the volunteer for this project is foreseen to:
-somebody who like children and like play with them
-know in basic the formal and non formal education process
-prepare the schedule of topic areas which can use during the work with children
-know the children’s habitudes
-has own ideas on work with children
-be creativity, openly and patient
-know how to implement in good way the abilities and skills of children during the workshops
-can work in group

Implementation:
The place where will be the main part of the activities of the volunteers is the local kindergarten which is open 5 days in week. There are different children from different society and different background. Most of them have problems with parents, they are close and have problem with relations with other children. The role of the volunteer will be carry about children with difficult situation and engage them to educational development trough joy and exercises .
This is example of topic areas which has to prepare the volunteer:
Monday: Workshops with children- preparing by the volunteers
Thusday: Llitle school of English
Wensday: Excursion in the nature or visit Old Town or Cinema, Theatre, Swimming pool
Thursday: Games, animation, outdoor activities
Friday: Preparations for the cultural events and holidays
The children are going home, so in this period they have again free games while waiting at their parents. After activities in the kindergarten the volunteers have time to go home, preparing their meals and do what they want.Two times in week they have language courses in office of the Host Organisation. They have also some activities in the Association in the evening like meetings with other volunteers, meals jointly with the other volunteers and meeting with Youth. During the weekends they can also participate in the trips and travels with the staff of the office. The volunteers have 2 days off in each month, they have also weekend free.He/she will be work 35 hours per week. Volunteer will have provided food and accommodation in flat with other EVS volunteers. Wolunteer doesn't incur any costs (covers only 10% of travel costs)
